Thank you for shopping with RST Sleep. Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).

At this time, we do not routinely ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

If you are from an address outside the continental US, please email us at john-ryan@rstsleep.com to see if you are eligible.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Please note that during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

RST Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at john-ryan@rstsleep.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
