Refund policy

We stand behind our product.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We may ask for your order number and brief feedback so we can improve.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a refund, email us at john-ryan@rstsleep.com with your order number and “Refund Request” in the subject line.

Our goal is simple: if it didn’t help you the way it should have, we’ll make it right.
